This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, store, and protect information when you interact with our websites, products, and services, including the IronView marketing website and the logged-in IronView product.

Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us, including when you request a demo, contact sales, create or use an account, submit a privacy request, subscribe to marketing communications, or otherwise communicate with us. This information may include your name, email address, phone number, company name, account credentials, billing or business contact details, request details, and related communications.

We also collect technical, usage, and product activity information when you use our websites or services. The IronView product includes business, prospect, and equipment-financing information. Information about individuals (such as individual debtors or guarantors named in equipment-financing records) is obtained only from government records and public filings, such as UCC filings and FMCSA registration data. Information about businesses is obtained from government records and public filings, publicly available sources such as company websites and public business listings and directories, third-party providers of publicly available business listing information, and internal research. This information may include names, company names, phone numbers, locations, equipment details, financing details, lender information, dates, and value bands.

Product Data and Customer Use

IronView provides business intelligence, sales, marketing, and related commercial data to customers through the IronView product. Customers may be able to view, search, save, and export prospect, business-contact, equipment, and transaction-related records. Customers are responsible for using IronView data in compliance with applicable laws and their agreements with us.

IronView data is derived from public records, public filings, and publicly available sources, and reflects those sources as we obtained them. Records may be incomplete, outdated, or contain errors, and coverage varies by source and jurisdiction. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information in the IronView product. If you believe information about you or your business is inaccurate, you may request a correction using our privacy request form.

IronView is intended for business and commercial use only. Our services are not intended to be used for personal, family, household, consumer credit, employment, insurance, tenant screening, or other eligibility determinations.

How We Share Information

We may share information with service providers, subprocessors, and other vendors who support our websites, products, and services. These may include providers of hosting and infrastructure, database and authentication services, payments or merchant-of-record services, and email, CRM, and communications services. These parties are authorized to use information as needed to provide services to us or as otherwise permitted by law.

We may disclose information to customers as part of the IronView product, including by providing access to or exports of business, prospect, equipment, and transaction-related records. We may also disclose information if required by law, in response to valid legal process, to protect our rights, security, and property, to prevent fraud or abuse, or to enforce our agreements. In addition, we may share or transfer information in connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of all or a portion of our business or assets to another company.

We use only essential and functional cookies and similar technologies that are needed to operate our websites and services, support security, and remember your settings. We do not use third-party analytics trackers, advertising pixels, or retargeting technologies. You can manage cookies through your browser settings, though some features may not function properly if cookies are disabled.

Retention, Security, and International Processing

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. We may retain certain information as needed for legal, security, recordkeeping, dispute-resolution, or opt-out suppression purposes.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, use, alteration, or disclosure. No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We are based in Canada and provide services intended for business users in the United States. Information may be processed in the United States, Canada, or other countries where we or our service providers operate.

Your Privacy Choices

Depending on your location and the nature of the information, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of certain personal information, or to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, where these rights apply. You may also request that we correct, suppress, remove, or limit the use of business-contact or prospect information included in IronView where applicable.

Much of the information in the IronView product is derived from publicly available government records, such as UCC filings, which many privacy laws treat differently from other personal information. We nonetheless review correction and suppression requests for this information and honor them where appropriate.

We may ask for information reasonably necessary to verify your identity, confirm an authorized agent’s authority, and locate relevant records. We may deny or limit requests where we cannot verify the requester, where an exception applies, or where retaining certain information is necessary for legal, security, recordkeeping, or opt-out suppression purposes.

We aim to respond to verified privacy requests within 45 days. If we deny or limit your request, you may appeal our decision by replying to our response or contacting us at privacy@ironview.ai, and we will inform you of the outcome of your appeal.
